 The Poet's thoughts are delicious pastries made of honey and walnuts, pride
and delights of our pastry cooks for centuries, they have almost
disappeared.

 

Our small, family run confectioner factory, located right in the heart of
Abruzzo, in a particular green and healthy area near Chieti, the Province
capital town, decided to restore the traditional hand-made confectionery and
keep the small but genuine treasure-like Poet's thoughts of our land.
Our confectionery is hand-made, so keeping the genuinity of the traditional
home-made pastries. We have always used the best and healtiest ingredients
with no artificial additives.
Care and passion are the main ingredients of our special Poet's thoughts;
they are made one by one as if generated by the passionate mind of a poet.
The ingredients needed to make the Poet's thoughts are selected with the
utmost care.The stuffing is walnuts and honey based, elements of great
nutrition properties.
Walnuts, rich in vitamine A,B,C, P and mineral salts, contribute to the good
health and elasticity of hair and skin. A moderate use of them keeps the
cholesterole level low. Honey is a powerful energetic source which fortifies
muscles and improves endurance in sportsmen; It is a good digestive remedy
and an essential contribution, in the infant diet, to fix the mineral salts.
The Poet's thoughts, so , are pastries " stuffed with tradition"; They are
